Kaley Bishard, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Caring for the mind is as crucial as caring for the body. I am dedicated to providing thoughtful, comprehensive, and evidence-based care. I believe it is my role to ensure that you feel heard, supported, and met with compassion, exactly where you are. Through shared decision-making, we will work together toward goals that are meaningful to you and your well-being.
My clinical interests include treating depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions in the adult population. I am also deeply passionate about women’s health, integrated care, gender and neurodivergent-affirming care, working with parents of disabled children, and taking a holistic approach to mental health.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Michigan. I trained at Michigan Medicine, one of the nation's leading academic medical centers, which reinforced my dedication to client-centered care, research, and education. My entire career has been rooted in psychiatry across multiple settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health treatment, as well as residential treatment for substance use disorders.
I recognize the strength it takes to prioritize mental health. Wherever your starting place, you deserve to feel safe, healthy and whole, and to reach your favorite self.
