Matt’s work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools. While he primarily practices within a CBT framework, he believes in integrating other interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. Sessions are collaborative, goal-oriented, and focused on helping individuals translate insight into real-life change. Recognizing that each individual is unique, Matt customizes a plan to help his clients succeed and reach their goals. His services aim to maximize productivity, recognize true potential, and empower individuals to achieve success.

Matt has been a licensed teacher and coach for 15 years and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marshall University. Master's degree in Education from National Louis University. Throughout his diverse career, he has had the wonderful experience of working with thousands of clients in many different capacities: executive function coaching, mentoring, teaching, and skill building. His multifaceted background reflects a deep commitment to nurturing the holistic development of his clients.
